BREAKING: CTUF VP Lord John Hendy QC has won a house of Lords ballot for a Private Members Bill. John is tabling a ‘Single Status of Workers Bill’ in the House of Lords on 26th May creating single status for workers amending the meaning of ‘employee’, ‘worker’, ‘employer’ and related expressions in the TULRA 1992 and ERA 1996.
