European Commission TTIP textual proposals online

The European Commission has published a number of textual proposals for TTIP online including the following, please let us know any comments:

• Technical Barriers to Trade (TBTs) in TTIP
• Customs and Trade Facilitation in TTIP
• SMEs in TTIP
• Competition in TTIP – Anti-trust and Mergers
• Competition – State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs)
• Competition – Subsidies
• Government-Government Dispute Settlement (GGDS)

It has also published a new position paper on Sustainable Development in TTIP – issues, provisions

These papers appeared the day after the European Ombudsman published its recommendations for greater transparency in TTIP which the TUC submitted evidence to (see here). The full recommendations of the Ombudsman’s report click here:
